Services

Noxen provides an AI front desk for heating, cooling and plumbing businesses in the Greater Toronto Area. It answers your business phone line (and, if you choose, a chat on your website), captures and books leads from the availability you set, sends booking confirmations to your customers, and shows every lead in your own private Noxen portal with notifications to your phone.

We set everything up with you on a short setup call. The details of your setup are recorded in your Service Agreement.

Free trial

New clients start with a free 14-day pilot. To start it, you put a card on file through our payment processor and sign the Service Agreement. Nothing is charged during the 14 days. If you cancel before day 14, you are not charged anything.

Pricing and billing

If you do not cancel during the trial, your subscription starts automatically on day 15 and your card is charged the monthly price set out in your Service Agreement, flat, on a recurring basis: $497 per month, or $297 per month for founding clients, locked for the first 12 months. The plan includes 600 minutes of AI phone time per monthly cycle, with no per-lead charges. Website chat, if you choose to add it, is included at no extra cost. Phone minutes beyond the included amount are billed separately, as set out in your Service Agreement.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Cancelling

To cancel during the trial, email info@noxen.ca before day 14. After the trial, cancellation and notice terms are set out in your Service Agreement.

What You're Responsible For

To run your front desk well, we need accurate information about your business: your services, service area, hours, pricing policy, emergency rules and availability. You are responsible for providing this information and telling us about changes, and for keeping your calendar up to date so the AI does not book over time you are not available.

You are also responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws that apply to your business.

Ownership and your data

Noxen retains ownership of the AI front desk, the portal, and the systems and workflows behind them. Your subscription covers access to and maintenance of these systems; when it ends, access stops.

Your business information and your customers' information remain yours. Each client's data is kept in its own private portal and is never visible to another client.

Results

Noxen builds and maintains its systems to a professional standard. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as lead volume, revenue growth, or response rates. Results depend on many factors outside our control including your industry, market conditions, and website traffic.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noxen's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
